Italian Artist, Jexees, Brings Raw Talent to House Music with Single Release, BlueTalking

Heavily inspired by Flume, Disclosure, Chet Faker, and other multi-faceted electronic musicians, Jexees brings a nostalgic sound reminiscent of popular dense house music.

Hailing from the south of Italy, she speaks about the dual purpose of her music, “A lot of the music is lighter, but the lyrics are not,” she speaks about how she came to making music, “One day I went to sing and realized I felt the most comfortable doing that.” Her creative process starts with a theme and is followed by the story she wants to tell. Her compilation of beats and lyrics keeps listeners coming back for more of her rhythmic mixes.

In her latest release “BlueTalking” takes listeners for a slower, smoother ride that encapsulates the third piece of a four-part auditory project she’s been working on. More on the acoustic side, Jexees expands upon another dimension to her work-frame. In comparison to her other releases, “BlueTalking” displays a raw side of Jexees.

In preparation for her upcoming projects, head over to Jexees’ page to listen to her singles, “Restless” and “She”, available for streaming on Spotify, Apple Music and Youtube.
