Welcome to XXIV Club, a vibrant creative studio located in the Fashion District of Los Angeles, designed for artists, producers, songwriters, musicians, podcasters, photographers, fashion designers and content creators. Our flexible membership options cater to every stage of your creative journey.
Membership fees start at just $240 per month, providing up to 16 hours of studio access, including 24-hour availability to our recording studio, podcasting studio, photo studio, and rooftop. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and storage, all within our fully-equipped facility in the heart of DTLA.
Our studio offers a comfortable environment that accommodates both individuals and small groups. Each member can bring up to two guests at no additional cost, perfect for collaboration and project support. Please note that guests must be accompanied by a member at all times.

Each subscriber can bring up to two guests to the studio at no extra charge. Every other guest would be an additional $25.00.

Our studios are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can book studio time as early as 7 days in advance or as close as 6 hours before your desired time, based on availability. Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

There is no limit on the number of bookings you can make, but there is a monthly limit on the number of studio hours each subscriber can use, depending on whether you have a Starter, Pro, or Elite membership.

You will need to sign a month-to-month subscription agreement, not a traditional lease. By subscribing, you'll gain access to our member site, where you can book different studios, schedule 1-on-1 sessions with our team, and receive updates on upcoming events and opportunities.

To cancel your subscription to the Creative Studio Membership, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days in advance of your intended cancellation date.

Yes, free street parking is available after 5 p.m. Additionally, there are several parking lots and structures in the area where you can pay for parking.
